Hi, I will be frequently getting throat infection. When i consult the doctor i came to know it happens due to dust and less consumption of Water.
So please suggest me any tablet for emergency.

Actually, if that's what's causing your problem, then the best solution would be to avoid dusty areas and drink more water.
Prevention is much better and safer than taking repeated courses of medications. Medications cause the risk of serious side effects and complications, but there are none associated with drinking a little more water and staying away from dust.
The only reason you can't do this would be if you're on a fluid restricted diet.
