Teva 738 Medication

I have small white pills stamped TEVAon one side and 738 or 730 or 73B on other side. What is this pill?

This tablet contains 5mgs of Donepezil, the active ingredient in Aricept, which is most commonly used to treat Alzheimer's Disease.

Side effects may include: dizziness, nausea, anorexia and vivid dreams.
