I have been using the gel for over nine months. My initial visit and test results were 152 clearly low for 55 years old. I started on two pumps a day and was retested 3mon. later with an increase to 583 and PSA in normal limits. Continued two pumps a day for 3 more months. Blood test results dropped to 128 lower than before I started taking it. So the Dr. upped the dose to three pumps a day. Three more months and another blood test and and the results were even more depressing. 118. I eat very healthy and work out at the gym 3-4 days a week for over a year. I have lost most of my body fat and have a well defined body for my age. I sleep good, eat healthy, but I do slowdown a little late in the day but I am on my feet for 9 hrs working. My libido is high but my performance could use some improvement which I thought the Test was suppose to help but not when the #s are in the toilet. I have a physical and complete blood workup in April. I guess I will discuss it with the Dr. then.

While the gel does add some, it can't stop whatever may be going on in your body that's causing yours to drop.
Yes, discussing it with your doctor would be the best idea, some men do better with different formulations, the gel doesn't always work well for everyone.
