Have you consulted your doctor?

In many cases, such cysts require an antibiotic, because they may abscess and using the wrong product on it could just make it worse.

Terrasil Max is an activated mineral ointment, so there's no guarantee that it will help and there's some risk, as I said, that it may make it worse by causing clogs of the pores in that area.
