UpdatedHello. I am curious if Terramicina works at all or better on a stye than Tobramycin?

Most do not require treatment, according to NIH reports, they will usually go away on their own, though it may take about a week, or so.
As to using either of these medications, since they are not specifically formulated for optical use, thus, they might not be sterile and safe for use in your eye. According to the FDA that means they could worsen the issue, or cause additional infections.
How are you doing? Has there been any change?
