Terramicina Oxitetraciclina-polimixina B For Diaper Rash?

I was told this can be used to treat diaper rash. Is this true? I appreciate your help. Thank you.

I have a very puffy pink eye. it started 18hrs ago and still puffy and got worse. it almost feels like there is a hot spot or zit in the lower eye lid.. My friend told me to wash and put on Terramicina oxitetraciclina-polimixina B..im trying it!

Hello,

Based on my research Terramicina Oxitetraciclina-Polimixina B or Terramycin with Polymyxin B, contains the active ingredient Oxytetracycline hydrochloride. It is used to treat infections of the respiratory and urinary tracts, skin, ear, eye and Gonorrhoea. However, the use of Tetracyclines for such purposes has declined in recent years due to large increases in bacterial resistance to this class of drugs. Also, I haven't heard of it being used for diaper rash so I would ask your doctor about that if it concerns you.

The drug is particularly useful when Penicillins and/or Macrolides cannot be used due to allergy.
