Teriparatide Weight Gain Or Thyroid Issue
UpdatedIs it possible that teriparatide can have short or long term effects on my thyroid? Since taking it, I've gained 20 pounds. I'm not an overeater; I exercise every day; my caloric intake averages 1200 calories a day but still the weight just poured on. Has anyone else had similar issues? My endocrinologist thinks I'm nuts and claims there is no weight gain with teriparatide... Yet here I am.
