Tencorex And Thrush

I have had recurrent UTI's over 3years and had a variety of antibiotics ---
ampicillin caused thrush. I now have been prescribed Tencorex, and, as it is a wide spectrum antibiotic, am wondering if it could also cause thrush?
The lab. diagnosed "multiple organisms" when the last urine sample was tested 2 weeks ago
