Temazapam Questions

after taking temazapam for 6 months @ 30 mg I mistakenly recieved 60 mg for 14 days.I have recently been diognosed with nerve damage.how can I verify this caused the nerve damage? What kind of test could verify this.The prescribing nurse practitioner claims the damage was caused by alcohol abuse but I was and still am sober 6 months before these new symtoms. Any comparison or advice apprieated! thanx. Steve

It is actually very unlikely that an increased dosage used for such a short period of time would cause permanent nerve damage.

In the U.S. Temazepam isn't even available in a 60mg dosage, the highest dosage that is commercially available from any pharmacy is 30mgs.

Have you tried consulting a doctor, rather than the nurse practitioner?
