Telsar H Side Effects

i am taking telista-am and metolar xr-50 one tablet each daily,but still my pressure shows 155/95,hence doctor changed the medicine by telsar-h and amlopres-nb,daily one tab.each,should i take it ?is there any side effect?

Telsar-H contains the active ingredients Telmisartan and Hydrochlorothiazide.
