Telmikind H Side Effects

I am a 32 year old man. I've been taking telmekind h 40 mg for 3 years and my blood pressure is 140/90. I now have a gum disease developing in my mouth. Is this a side effect of the telemikind h tablet?

There is really no way to say with certainty. It can cause dry mouth as a side effect, which can sometimes contribute to such issues, but only your dentist can really opine upon this subject.

The U.S. FDA lists its other typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and increased urination.
