Telma Amh-80 , Arkamin & Embeta-100mg

I have been suffering from High pulserate and High BP.I am 26yrs old.
But after investigating DOC did not find any cardiac related diseases.

Doc has suggested Tel ma AMH-80 , Arkamin & EM-beta-100 mg .
After using these tabs i am having sleep pattern disturbances such as sleep jerks ,legs shaking during night & continuous dreams.I am not sure which of the above tablets are causing me these side effects . Please let me know which tablet to stop immediately and replace with another one.

When changed to Telma 80 on doctor's advice from Telma 80H , I have noticed heaviness in my legs & some swelling on the ankle joints & also lesser flow of urine .
