Telma Am, Telmisartan And Amlodipine - Impact On Heart And Blood Pressure

I had Angioplasty on December 10th, 2016. My Dr. advised me to take Telma AM + Telmisartan 40mg + Amlodipine 5 mg. What is impact of these medications on the heart and blood pressure?

Also, what is cost of these medications?
