Telma 80mg + Amlopress 5mg For Hypertension
UpdatedI am 72, taking Telma 80mg after breakfast and Amlopress 5mg after dinner. Usually my BP in the morning is 140/85 but only after a breakfast of fruits like bananas, pomegranates, dates, apples, guava, etc. However, my BP frequently rises at times to 175/98, instead of decreasing, after about 2 hours. Is it due to the potassium in the fruits? For the last two days I've also been feeling dizziness. Should I switch to some other medicine for hypertension? I play tennis in the evening for half an hour. My pulse is about 65 bpm.
