Telma 40 With Nebistar 2.5 Mg Side Effects

I am taking Telma 40 twice a day with Nebistar 2.5 mg once. I feel gastric burning in stomach and food pipe. Should I take Pan D daily?

I was taking ramiprill 5mg along with cardivas,rosuvas20,imdur,ranozex500twice,nicoran 5mg twicebut dry cough problem erisist.dr advisede to take Telma40 once.is it good & whether it will control BP also
