Telekast L Kid Side Effects

My daughter of 7yrs are Consuming the Telekast L Kid since last 2yrs regularly as per prescription of Dr. Tapas Chatterjee, Barrackpore, Kol - 120. I want to know that What is the side effects of this particular medicine for taking regularly.

Telekast-L contains Montelukast and Levocetirizine, it is most commonly used to treat or prevent allergies.

Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and drowsiness.

I am taking the telekast 10 tablets for the past 4 years and i feel better from my wheezing.In a long run can i continue taking it and does it causes any side effects.

iam also taking it since past 3 years, if i dont take it for continously 2 days ..it becomes very difficult to breath..

Is there any permanent cure for breathing problem.
