Telekast F Side Effects

My wife is suffering from dust allergy, doctor prescribed Telecast F tablet. From last 3 months she is taking it after using the same, her face is becoming abnormally fatty and body as well. Is this the side effect of the medicine?

Telekast F Tablet is a combination medicine containing Montelukast (10mg) + Fexofenadine (120mg). It is used in the treatment of allergy symptoms such as runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and congestion or stuffiness.

Common side effects from Telekast F is nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, skin rash, headache, dizziness, and possible flu symptoms.
