Teczine contains the active ingredient Levocetirizine, which is an antihistamine that's used to treat allergic reactions. Thus, I am really doubtful if it will do much to help with Eczema.

I had a similar problem my doctor first gave me Roximed and MJR12 along with Tenovate for 7 days later he gave me Pridox 100mg and Teczine 10 mg for 10 days along with the cream. I still have cuts on my fingers and becomes bad when any friction takes place ( doing any sort of work ). Please let me know what else needs to be done and how safe is using Tenovate.
