Tazloc H 40 Side Effects

i have suffered blood clotting in brain in aug 2009 since then i m taking tazloc h,-40 clopivas 75 atorva 10(once a day) please guide me precautious measures to minimise the side affects of medicines

The reason I ask is because if you have been taking them for a long time, then most of the side effects should have worn off by now and should only reappear when you increase the dosage or change a medication.
