Tan Round Pill G 100

I found a round tan-ish pill printed 100 on one side and G on the other. Can anyone tell me what this is? Thank you.

This tablet contains 100mgs of Topirimate, the active ingredient in Topamax, which is an anticonvulsant that is also used to treat and prevent migraines.

Side effects may include: nausea, headache, dizziness and confusion.
