I have found on three occasions (first two I thought was manufacturer's quality assurance trouble), what appears to be a tan capsule with blue granulars. I didn't see the capsule in tact. The first time, I thought it was the tip of a glove from the manufacturer's plant. I then realized (6 months later... TODAY) that it is indeed a capsule that swelled up from water in my water bottle and contains blue granulars (first time the gransulars evaporated onto the capsule, which I thought was blue ink from the water bottle company). I think someone is slipping something into my water bottles! Any idea what a tan capsule with blue granulars are?

Unfortunately, short of your paying to have it lab tested, it is going to be very difficult to determine that it contains, without knowing the markings on the capsules. There are many on the market that meet that description, both prescription and over the counter products.
Where are you, when this is occurring?
