Tamsulosin Side Effects Upon Switching Manufacturers
UpdatedI've been taking Tamsulosin 0.4 for a while with little side effects. My pharmacy gave me Tamsulosin 0.4 made by a different manufacturer, Aurobindo. The capsule is a little bit bigger than the previous manufacturer. Now I'm getting dizzy to where I almost pass out. Is it possible that this different manufacturer is the cause?

What are the markings on the new one that they have provided you with?
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and increased urination.
It is very unusual to experience such severe side effects, just from changing a different manufacturer.
