Tamsulosin Hydrochloride modifyed capsules are prescribed for retention and strengtheng urinary bladder.
what are the side affects of this drug.What are safe doses and relief it provides for frequent visits to the wash room.

Dear Sir,

I am taking Tamusulosin-Hcl:0.4mg tablet since last 6months along with Himplasia one in the morning.
My frequency of Urination is 2/3times with same water intake at night.If I continue life-long whether any adverse effect is foreseen?
If I stop,one of them then I do face problem of swelling on legs and also slow flow-rate.
My prostate is enlarged externally & PSA & free PSA are 8.78/2.35 respectively.
kindly advise,as my Urologist proposed Surgery.I am not sure about benefit V/S risk.My postvoid volume is reduced from 34% to 14%.
