The answer is "no" not in a tablet form. The liquid ampules or vials, yes, are available in the USA. the only country that supples tabet pure Talwin 50 mg is Canada,by the giant pharmaceutical mfg, Sanofi Aventis, of France, in Canada, marketed as "Talwin N" meaning Pentazocine without any narcotic antagonist, which is illegal to produce in Canada. Interestering twist, while, Talwin can only in tablet form of 50 mg must have a narcotic antagonist, in the formula in the USA since 1982, 2nd quarter, due to alleged recreational abuse.
Hint: move quick, as Pentazocine, has been removed in its pure tablet form from 21 countries to 8 countries, in the past 10 years, due to either recreational abuse, or, poor sales. Japan banned the mfg of all forms of Talwin,

Correction: "Talwin-P" is the oral form of 50 mg of pure Pentazocine, (not Talwin N,or Talwin NX)!!! Sold in Canada. Also sold in Russia, Cz Republic, and Slovenia, as "Fortral" by Krka in pure tablet form. Also sold as "Sosegon" in 25mg tablets,in oral pure form, in Spain. It may still be sold in Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, mostly, as the brand name "Fortral" all without Naloxone. Thailand and Pakistan, still had one single pharma firm still producing the tablet form as recently as 2010.

yes, the Pakistan pentazocine is in 25 mg tablets. They come 100 tabs to the box, "manufactured by
Searle Limited, F319,S.I.T.E. Karachi, under license
pf Sanofi Winthrop Industrie, France. The do not have
any naloxone in any of the pills.
