Taking Xanax After Hydrocodone

I was wondering if someone could tell me how long I should wait to take a 1 mg xanax after taking a 10 mg hydrocodone at around 11 am this morning?

There's no specific time that you have to wait, if they've both been prescribed for you.

However, taking them together could result in your experiencing more severe side effects than usual, which the FDA lists as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and sedation.

Follow patients for signs and symptoms of respiratory depression and sedation.
