Taking Tramadol, Ibuprofen And Flexeril Together

This is for major pain in my upper back when ibuprofen and cyclobenzaprine aren't working. I would like to add tramadol and want to know if it's safe to do so?

The FDA classifies it as a mild opiate that carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
