Taking Regularly Nexito 5mg

I'm taking nexito 5mg along wid trapex 1mg and qutipin 100mg before bed since last 3 years. but now i gained 10 kg weight from last 10 mths. what should i do . plz suggest me the best options. i don't know which medicine is effecting. I'm confused n worried.
