Taking Paracetamol And Ibilex Together

I am taking ibilex for a chest infection and I have developed a headache. Can I take paracetamol to relieve the headache?

Ibelex contains the active ingredient Cephalexin, it is an antibiotic that is used to treat various types of bacterial infections, so there shouldn't be any problem taking them together, they are often prescribed together, to treat pain, and inflammation. But it is always best to double check to be sure.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and non-allergic skin rash.
