According to the University of Maryland Medical Center (umm.edu / drug interaction tool), there is a high interaction potential between Cyclobenzaprine and Hydrocodone, which states that taking the two together may increase your risk of certain side effects (such as: loss of balance, dizziness, slurred speech, confusion, changes in mental awareness & slow or shallow breathing).
They go on to note that if the two medications are deemed to be required, your doctor may adjust the dosage and/or frequency of dosing in order to lessen these risk factors.
