Along with B vitamins, Dolo Neurobion also contains Acetaminophen, which is used to treat pain and fever. Thus, it shouldn't be taken with the Aspirin in the Aspilet, unless your doctor has specifically told you to take both.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, increased risk of bleeding, stomach irritation and headache.
