Taking Bupronorphine After Methadone

I have Been taking small amounts of physeptone and mst pills for pain. I've only taken bits of codeine for a week now but have some bruprenorphine patches...is it wise to stick a patch now? I'm so confused and feel terrible! Many thanks.

Can you provide more specific details on the patches?

For example, do they solely contain Buprenorphine, or are they the combination product that also contains Naloxone? The answer is really going to depend on that.
