It is not likely that you will gain much weight while taking Adderall, even if you add something to help you gain, which you shouldn't do without your doctor's approval. Adderall speeds up your body, ramping up your metabolism, so it can actually cause weight loss, as a side effect, along with dizziness, headaches, and insomnia.
The safest and healthiest way to gain weight is by maintaining a proper diet, and exercise program, but even then, some people never gain much weight, their bodies just aren't made to do so.
Are you on any other medications?
