Taking A Subutex Dose Hours After Vicodin

I have Vicodin in my system. I've been taking it for years (about 80 mg a day). If I took Vicodin this morning and I wanted to take a Subutex today around noon, can I do that or will I go into withdrawal? The Subutex I'm talking about is the orange over 1 with the 153 on one side and a half a moon shape on the other side.

You must be in full withdrawal, before you can take Subutex, or it could cause you to go into dangerous precipitated withdrawals.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
