Yes, Vivitrol can block Tramadol, and cause precipitated withdrawals, the same is true of other opiates, as well. Mixing them is not advised.
Vivitrol may cause side effects, such as nausea, decreased appetite, muscle cramps, and weakness.

No. Tramodol is a central analgesic not an opioid or synthetic opioid or even semi- synthetic opioid. That’s why it’s trash as a medical treatment.
