Kavinace is just a nutritional supplement that is used to treat, or prevent deficiencies in the vital nutrients that it contain, it is also believed to help support nerve health, since it contains vitamin B6.
Tramadol is a mild opioid that's used to treat pain, so there should be no problem with her taking them together, if her doctor has instructed her to take them.
The FDA does warn that Tramadol carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
