Taking Sulfamethoxazole While Pregnant

I am 30 weeks pregnant and I was just wondering if I can take this antibiotic because it says on the label, do not take while pregnant. But I'm allergic to Penicillin and Amoxicillin so I cant take those. Will this Sulfamethoxazole harm my baby?

Generally, the FDA only warns that you stay away from it during the first trimester. It hasn't been known to cause problems during later pregnancy.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
