Taking Nortripyline And Amytriptyline

Does anyone know any known dangerous pharmacological or toxic negative interactions of combining 50 mg of each? Nortriptyline 50 mg AM + amitriptyline 50 PM. Any more amitriptyline than that and I struggle to wake up, but 50 or 75 mg lacks the antidepressant properties of 100 or 150 mg.

Tried only 100, then 150 of nortriptyline, but perhaps the SRI mechanism is the reason for the difference. And one's a metabolite of the other.

Any thoughts?
