Taking Neurobion Forte

I'm a 56 year old male, had stroke last year and got my left side paralyzed, but have no facial problems. Will this neurobion forte help my recovery? It's been almost one year. I'm also a heart patient. Please advise.

My wife, age 72, had a stroke and the left side of her hand and legs were paralyzed. Since then she is undergoing physiotherapy and she improved by more than 50%, but still she is not getting sufficient strength in her hand and leg. She is taking Neurobion plus tablets twice daily. Can she be given Neurobion forte inj. instead?
