It should be fine as long as you're following the instructions that came with your prescription. Also, it's not recommended to drink alcohol when taking NyQuil. Other than that, I don't see interactions listed between Augmentin and any of the ingredients found in NyQuil [1]. If you still have concerns, you may wish to double check with your pharmacist.
