Running out of the 5mg oxycodone the Dr. prescribed me 15mg every 3 hours. Now I do have 10/325mg percocet for my damaged back and the 15mg oxycodone was for my urinary tract relocation surgery which I had less than a week ago. My question is, can I take one 5mg oxycodone and one 10mg oxycodone with 325mg Tylenol to help with pain and not overdose?

In general, that should be safe, but it depends on your overall health, other medications you may be taking, and etc. Have you contacted your doctor to ask what they feel you should do?
The FDA warns that Oxycodone carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
