Taken Too Close Together

I've been taking Clindamycin 300 mg every 4 hours and just realized the side effect I had is feeling generally unwell. Should I look out for anything else?

The U.S. FDA lists other typical side effects as possibly including dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
