Hello,
I have taken Minastrin 24 Fe for at least 3 years now. I have not had any trouble with it but November of 2015 I missed a period. My periods resumed again in December 2015 and have been normal and on time since then. It is now February 2017 and I am waiting for my period to start. I took my last brown sugar pill today. I should have started two days ago. Is this normal? Should I be concerned? I take my pill the same time each day and have never missed a day.

If you haven't missed any pills, there really shouldn't be any reason to worry, though there is never any harm in checking for pregnancy, if you're concerned.
The FDA does list missed periods, or irregular ones as being possible side effects of oral contraceptives.
Has there been any change?
