Tafirol Ac

Seven months ago,I have an operation on the left hip bone and the operation was succesfull. From that date on I continue taking one tablet of Tafirol AC every two days because the swelling on the other bones joints ( right hip, knees and cervical bones ) and I feel betterand confortable.
¿ Could be recomended the same medicine and dose for a long time, since that is the only way I feel confortable ?
¿ What is your oppinion or recomendation ?

Tafirol AC contains the active ingredients Paracetamol and Diclofenac, it is used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.

You can learn more Paracetamol details here and there are more Diclofenac details here.

As to long term use, you should follow your doctor's instructions on that, because there can be some risks associated with it, such as liver damage or failure.
