i need to reduce my weight before that i need to clean my stomach so i need tablets or home medicine to get motions so that my stomach, intestine are all clean and fit

Who told you that you will have a flat belly after that.If you will have loose motions for 5 days,you might end up getting admitted in the hospital and there is a difference between a slim and healthy person and a weak patient.I would suggest you to start skipping,cycling or swimming to have a flat tummy.Don't drink fluids in between ur meals.Drink it after half n hour of your meal.

This is not a safe and healthy way to lose weight, it can actually be very dangerous, because you risk becoming dehydrated and, when a person has diarrhea, their body doesn't usually absorb the nutrients it needs from food.

Have you consulted a doctor for advice on how to lose weight in a safe and healthy manner?

Your best bet is to use a proper diet and exercise regimen.
