i need to reduce my weight before that i need to clean my stomach so i need tablets or home medicine to get motions so that my stomach, intestine are all clean and fit

I am suffering with severe constipation. This has been developed only due to surgery of prolapsed rectum & the passages chocked and now taking kayam tablet since 2012 in every night.
Pl.advice what should I do to clear my bowles I am now 66 years, Insomania developed, health deteriorated, pl. Help.please help.help.
