Helow I just got twins in operation and thy gave me gen Payne for pain releaf but I still fil de pains.What can I do to reduce this pain?

my ear was destroyed by me misstakely,and i have gone to medical and completed the oparation.that time,doctor wronglly kuted my van,and that paining before 2 year.please help me.GOD will help YOU.
