Tablets For Fever And Body Pain And Motions

I got the fever yesterday night and i have taken the Aceclorite Plus tablet.By morning i have no fever but from today's afternoon i got again the fever along with motions and bodypains also. Please prescribe the best medicine and food to be taken.

Since last one month, I feel pain in my hips when I keep standing. I dont understand. While sitting on a floor or on a sofe, there is no pain . No pain even on walking. But cant stand longer than 5 to 10 minutes.
