Mujy 2 saal sy periods problem hai 3-4 months date nai ati or mera. Wight bhar raha hai jb koi tblt khaon to aik month date a jati phr nai ati ab to tblt k bgair date nai ati m 26 year ki hu unmerid hu plz mujy brain m kia kru bht doctor sy elaj krwaya hai dwai choro to phr wohi problem. Plz help me.

Same here. I am 23 and my dates are always fluctuating. Sometimes i get a gap of about 2 months in my period. Like u, i used to have medicine to get my period although i am skinny. But i think it's not good to depend on pills. So, this time i went for an ultrasound scan. And i found that i have a small complex cyst in my left ovary. And there are other cystic areas too developing in my ovaries. I would say if u r in India plzz go to patanjali chikitsalaya. They provide a free consultation and even give u some exercises too. I think we can reduce our problems at this age by doing some exercise or yoga. Ashokarisht by patanjali is helpful. I would suggest you to go for a scan and then visit patanjali doctor.
