Did you mean Panasol or Pan-D? These are two different medications, that are used to treat different conditions.
Panasol contains the active ingredient Prednisone, which is a steroid class medication that is used to treat allergic reactions, inflammation and immunity disorders.
Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, fluid retention and weight gain.

Pan-D, however, contains Pantoprazole and Domperidone, it is used to reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach to treat conditions such as ulcers, GERD, heartburn and Gastritis.
