UpdatedI am suffering from tinnitus & the doctor prescribed Duxil for a complete month.
Having it for more than 20 days, I don't see any improvement, moreover I have trouble getting up in the morning.

Duxil contains the active ingredients Almitrine and Raubasine, it is used to enhance respiration, to treat age related cerebral disorders and for other conditions like vertigo.
To be honest, since this isn't used in the U.S. the information we have available on it is very limited.
However, since it does work on any conditions that affect cerebral function, it would seem the the drowsiness is probably a normal side effect.
However, for your other concerns, I can only suggest that you consult your doctor.
